TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern your use of the KT Dance Company website and your enrolment in our classes. By booking a class or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms.

Free trial classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. KT Dance Company reserves the right to refuse a booking at our discretion. Trial classes are offered on a one-time basis per student.

Class fees are payable in advance on a termly basis. Fees are non-refundable unless a class is cancelled by KT Dance Company. We reserve the right to update our fees with reasonable notice.

All students and parents are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other students and the studio environment. KT Dance Company reserves the right to withdraw a student from classes if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

KT Dance Company may take photographs or videos during classes and performances for use on our website and social media. If you do not consent to your child being photographed please notify us in writing before classes begin.

Students participate in classes at their own risk. Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries before classes begin. KT Dance Company is not liable for any injury sustained during classes unless caused by our negligence.

KT Dance Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled or credited where possible.
